ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ПРЕПАРАТА ВЕНЕТОКЛАКС В ТЕРАПИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ
С РЕЦИДИВОМ ИЛИ РЕФРАКТЕРНЫМ ТЕЧЕНИЕМ В-КЛЕТОЧНЫХ ЛИМФОМ

Резюме
Пациенты с рецидивом или рефрактерным течением (р/р) ДВККЛ, первичной медиастинальной В-ККЛ и с ранним рецидивом (до 2 лет) ФЛ имеют плохой прогноз и короткую общую выживаемость. Стандартная ПХТ II линии для пациентов младше 60-65 лет с р/р ДВККЛ включает курсы интенсивной ПХТ с препаратами платины и аутотрансплантацию стволовыми клетками (ТСКК). Известно, что ответ на терапию достигается только у половины больных на фоне стандартной химиотерапии. Добавление новых таргетных препаратов может улучшить результаты лечения. В данной работе представлены первые результаты добавления препарата Венетоклакса к химиотерапии у пациентов с р/р агрессивных В-клеточных лимфом.
