ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ PRP-ТЕРАПИИ ПРИ ОСТЕОАРТРИТЕ КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА
В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ И СПОРТИВНОЙ МЕДИЦИНЕ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Резюме
Проведен анализ данных отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвящённый отдельным аспектам применения обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы при остеоартрите коленного сустава.  По данной тематике обобщен мировой опыт использования PRP в травматологии и спортивной медицине. Поиск проводился с использованием электронных баз данных Pubmed, MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, eLIBRARY за период с 2003 г. по 2020 г. Для поиска мы использовали ключевые слова и их сочетания: «обогащенная тромбоцитами плазма», «патология хряща», «остеоартрит коленного сустава», «спортсмены». По результатам исследования установлено, что PRP-терапию можно считать полезным методом лечения пациентов с остеоратритом коленного сустава (КОА). По итогам поиска было найдено 248 статей. Девятнадцать исследований соответствовали критериям включения. В доступной литературе опубликовано ограниченное количество достоверных работ. Необходимо проведение дальнейших исследований, чтобы понять краткосрочное и долгосрочное влияние метода PRP на пациентов с КОА.
